III. ‘IHUVATION’ PROJECT DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

Production is the key to rebuilding a society on strong foundations and making it eternal. In this respect, our duty is to realise our potential and make the production processes the most beneficial and sustainable for the society we live in. As Huxley said: ‘If you wait for the best time to start, you may never start; start now, from where you are now, with what you have.’

Ibn Haldun University Project Support Office (IHUVATION) is looking for teammates who are researchers, have innovative ideas, and have high critical skills who want to walk with us on the path we have set out for generations that are more productive and aware of their own potential.

What awaits you on this path we set out with the motto ‘There is a “Project” in a Changing Place’?

- What is a project? What is a project?

- The role of the ‘problem and goal tree’ in the maturation of the project

- Project terminology

- Literature review

- Project writing techniques

- Establishing the partnership structure in the project

- Supporting document processes

This 6-week workshop, where we will discuss the whole process from the idea stage to the writing of the project in depth, will be held 1 day a week for 2 hours. At the end of the programme, where various sector representatives will share their experiences on projects, our project ambassadors will have the opportunity to actively take part in the projects to be written as volunteer teammates of IHUVATION according to their roles. At the same time, a training certificate will be presented to the project ambassadors who fully participate in the activities.

Contributions of Being a Project Ambassador:

- The employability level and/or employment quality of project ambassadors will be increased by providing them with the ability to write projects for local and international funding calls, which are of great importance in terms of financing, recognition and innovation for all institutions and organisations, including public institutions, non-governmental organisations and local governments.

- Project ambassadors will be encouraged to research and think critically, and thus the requirements of a critical perspective will be instilled at the point of solving problems.

- Since the project processes are generally related to social life, the level of awareness of the project ambassadors towards the outside world will be increased.

- Project ambassadors will strengthen their self-expression skills.

- With the motivation to be a good team member, which is one of the most important requirements of the age, the ‘ability to work together’ will be strengthened in the project ambassadors.
