Ibn Haldun University (IHU) Awareness and Promotion Unit carries out activities in line with strategic goals in accordance with the mission and vision of the university within the Project Support Office. In this context, the duties and responsibilities of the Awareness and Promotion Unit can be listed as follows
Carrying out awareness raising activities for the target audience and stakeholders
To inform institutions about the structure, services and activities of our university and PDO within the scope of institutional cooperation and stakeholder formation
Organising events (information days, project competitions, face-to-face meetings, webinars) for academic and administrative staff and students for grant programmes
Preparing and publishing promotional materials and social media content for PDO activities
To prepare visual or written presentations on the status of the projects assigned to him/her and to ensure that they are published on the website and social media tools,
Managing and organising PDO social media accounts and website
Notifying the project executors according to the project execution calendar (report date, activity calendar, etc.),
To create, follow up and provide the necessary motivation for the work plan for the duties and responsibilities of the assistant expert,
To file and archive the relevant documents (lists, copies of documents, etc.) that have been checked,
To work in accordance with the relevant documents (directives, procedures, etc.) in force in the field of duty
To use the tools and equipment required for the work in the field of duty properly and correctly within the framework of occupational health and safety,
