"IHUVATION" Project Development Workshop

The cornerstone for the establishment of a lasting society is Production. Hence, it is incumbent on us to unlock our potential and prioritize production processes that are both advantageous and sustainable for our community. As Huxley so astutely remarked, “waiting for an opportune moment to initiate production may result in it never occurring; instead, we ought to commence our endeavors immediately, from our present position, with the resources at our disposal.”

The Ibn Haldun University Project Support Office (IHUVATION) is currently seeking individuals who possess exceptional research capabilities, innovative thinking, and possess a high level of critical analysis skills to join our team. Our goal is to pave the way for future generations to realize their full potential and become more productive and self-aware.

What awaits you throughout this journey that we have setted out with the motto "There is a Project" in a Changing Place?

• What is a Project? What project is it?
• The role of the "problem and goal tree" in the maturation of a project.
• Project terminology
• How to do a literature review?
•  Project writing techniques
• Establishing the partnership structure in a project.
• Supporting document processes.

This four-week workshop will delve into the entire process of project development, starting from the conceptualization phase to the actual writing of the project. The workshop will be conducted twice a week, with each session lasting for two hours. Upon completion of the program, project ambassadors will be given the opportunity to participate actively in various projects as volunteer teammates of IHUVATION, with industry representatives sharing their experiences on such projects. Additionally, project ambassadors who fully engage in the activities will receive a training certificate.

Benefits of Being a Project Ambassador:

• The provision of project writing abilities for both local and international funding calls is of significant importance in terms of financing, recognition, and innovation for all institutions and organizations of contemporary times, including public institutions, non-governmental organizations, and local governments. This initiative is aimed at developing the employability level and/or employment quality of project ambassadors.
• The project ambassadors shall be duly motivated to conduct research and engage in critical thinking, thereby inculcating the essential prerequisites of a critical perspective when tackling issues.
• Given that the project procedures typically pertain to societal affairs, the project ambassadors' level of consciousness towards the external environment shall be augmented.
• Project ambassadors will strengthen their self-expression skills.
• With the motivation of being a good team member, which is one of the most important requirements of the age, the "ability to work together" will be strengthened in the project ambassadors.
