TÜBİTAK, with the collaboration of the European Commission, is organizing “Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions 2022 Calls (online) Conference” on Wednesday, 25th May, 2022.
As you might know, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) under Horizon Europe EU Framework Programme contribute to excellent research, boosting jobs, growth and investment by equipping researchers with new knowledge and skills and providing them with an international as well as inter-sectoral exposure, to fill the top positions of tomorrow. MSCA thrive by being open to all domains of research and innovation. The applicants, in a fully bottom-up manner, choose these freely.
During the Calls Conference, detailed information about the contributions of MSCA to the European Research Area and the upcoming calls of 2022 will be presented. Marlène BARTES from the European Commission DG Education and Culture will be presenting Horizon Europe in general and the representatives from Research Executive Agency (REA) will be delivering presentations on MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF), Doctoral Networks (DN), Staff Exchanges (SE) and Co-funding of Regional, National and International Programmes (COFUND).
Since the Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) call for proposals will be open from May 12th to September 14th of 2022, the event agenda will specifically include the call details, proposal preparation steps, expert and success story sessions for this specific call.
By this way, research performing institutions willing to invite high qualified researchers to Turkey; researchers willing to go abroad (to European countries or non-European ones) for research purposes or to reintegrate/visit Turkish Research Area (from other countries) will be informed about how to make use of MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships, TÜBİTAK pre-evaluation support mechanisms and Turkish MSCA National Contact Points’ services.
Moreover, the event will also focus on Doctoral Networks (DN), which aim to train creative, entrepreneurial, innovative and resilient doctoral candidates, able to face current and future challenges and to convert knowledge and ideas into products and services for economic and social benefit. The call for proposals of this DN call will also be open between May 12th and November 15th of 2022. So the event is also expected to be instructive for those willing to submit a proposal to DN 2022 call.
