The calls for the 2247-A National Leading Researchers and 2247-D National Young Leaders Programmes for 2023 were opened for application as of 29.09.2023 in order to encourage qualified researchers, especially Turkish scientists, who have distinguished themselves with high-level scientific and technological studies in their fields and who have working experience in our country and abroad, to carry out their studies in Turkey in order to carry out studies in research areas of strategic importance for our country.
With this programme
a. Research project support,
b. Scholarship support for scholarship holders who will take part in the project,
c. PTI to be given to the executive,
d. Institutional Share is provided to the institution/organisation where the project will be carried out. The duration of support is 36 months. Detailed information about the support amounts of the programmes can be found at the addresses below:

With these programmes, support will be provided to scientists who aim groundbreaking developments for our country in every field of science and technology, who have the potential to fill important gaps in their field and bring a new perspective.
