Participation Principles
Participation in the Yozgat Bozok University 1st Environmental Project Market event is free of charge.
Academicians, R&D and design centers, investors/entrepreneurs, small, medium and large enterprises, all researchers with ideas and associate, undergraduate and graduate students can participate.
All project proposals that will apply to Yozgat Bozok University 1st Environmental Project Market will be made in Turkish.
At least one of the project owners must be present at the beginning of the project during the evaluation.
The exhibition of the projects will be held in the form of poster presentation at Yozgat Bozok University Erdogan AKDAĞ Congress and Culture Center.
Posters that pass the Preliminary Evaluation will be prepared in 70 x 100 cm dimensions. There is no material and scale limitation in prototype preparation. (The projects that will participate with the prototype will be informed about the needs of their prototypes (electricity, physical space, etc.) in the application form.
Participants' transportation, accommodation, etc. costs are their own.
Projects that have received awards in Yozgat Bozok University Project Market events and activities cannot participate in the project market and cannot receive awards.
There is no application limit for the project proposals of a person, team or institution.
By applying to the event, the participants are deemed to have accepted and declared that the project belongs to them.
Yozgat Bozok University will have indefinite rights to publish, archive and exhibit all the project proposals exhibited in the 1st Environmental Project Market event.
The patent, application and development rights of the projects belong to the project owner.
A patent promotion area will be created for patented applications. Those who will apply in this area can send the details to yobuproje@bozok.edu.tr
At least one of the project owners must be present at the beginning of the project during the evaluation on the event dates.
