The program was attended by students from our school and different universities who are interested in project processes. The workshop, which includes 4 weeks of theoretical and practical knowledge, focused on activities to enhance communication, division of labor, leadership, and team spirit in order for the participants to become effective team players. These activities were conducted in a warm environment accompanied by refreshments. The workshop started with an expectations and concerns activity, and icebreaker games helped participants to bond. Furthermore, the "Draw If You Can" activity emphasized the importance of communication among team members in project processes. Feedback was gathered from the participants for the improvement of the program, and information was provided about the upcoming stages of the workshop.
This meeting, aiming to strengthen communication and collaboration among the participants, increased the excitement and motivation of the candidates attending the Ihuvasyon Project Workshop. It is expected that more engaging activities will be carried out in the advanced stages of the workshop in the coming weeks. The high level of interest in the program will enrich the project capacity of our university by drawing from different perspectives and provide an opportunity for participants to share their experiences.
