Within the scope of the workshop, the training started with human bingo (inclusion game) and continued with information on volunteering and motivation. Project cycle management and logical framework were discussed within the scope of the training, which also included content on current situation, problem, target, strategy and stakeholder analyses in the context of project processes.
With the training, it is aimed to expand the project volume of our university by increasing the interest and awareness of the internal stakeholders of our university towards project processes, and to diversify the funding sources with national (ISTKA, TUBITAK, Ministries) and international projects (Erasmus + and Central Projects).
