On Tuesday 20 June, within the scope of the workshop held immediately after the theoretical training, the process of creating a problem tree, which is one of the main lines of the project processes, was discussed practically. In order to strengthen the teamwork skills of the participants and to gain the competence to work on different topics, problem trees were created on the topics of "Low number of projects in the institution", "High brain drain in Turkey", "High unemployment", "Inefficiency of digital education", "Weakness of waste management". After the participants worked on the relevant topics in teams, the problem trees created by the team leaders were shared with the other participants.
In order to increase the interest and awareness of the participants towards the project processes, it is aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of the project processes with the workshop supported by practical trainings and group dynamics apart from the usual project trainings.
