After completing his undergraduate studies in the Department of Biotechnology at Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University in 2013, Harun Sami Çiftçi completed his master's degree in Microbial Biotechnology at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University in 2017. After graduating in 2013, he worked as a KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization) and project consultant in a private company. Between 2015 and 2021, he developed himself at the Technology Transfer Office of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University and secured numerous grants from various national/international projects. He managed the project processes of institutions such as TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), KOSGEB, Development Agencies, Erasmus, Horizon, and Ministry Special Calls. Since October 2021, he has been serving as the Director of the Project Support Office at Ibn Haldun University. He conducts research on Technology and New Business Models, and Global Entrepreneurship.

Scientific Research Projects Unit
Eyup Kayhan completed his undergraduate studies in Environmental Engineering at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University in 2014. In 2017, he also completed his Occupational Health and Safety expertise. As of 2022, he is pursuing a master's degree in the Business Administration Department at Ibn Haldun University. After graduating in 2014, he provided environmental consultancy services to various important public and private sectors in a private consulting company. He managed processes such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 Management Systems, Climate Change, Zero Waste, Carbon Footprint, Implementation of Environmental Legislation, and Environmental Training. Since February 2022, he has been working as a Specialist at the Project Support Office at Ibn Haldun University. He oversees the administrative and financial processes and monitoring of scientific research projects, national and international projects, both pre-contract and post-contract. He is interested in socio-cultural studies, interdisciplinary collaboration, the Green Deal, climate change, and carbon-neutral initiatives.
Gulcan GUVEN YESILGUL- Assistant Specialist

Gulcan Guven Yesilgul completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul Medeniyet University in 2020. After starting as a project assistant in an association that conducts rights-based work, she worked for two years as an International Exchange and Cooperation Program Specialist at the Erasmus Coordination Office. During this time, her project proposals focusing on the inclusion of children in decision-making processes, promoting entrepreneurship for the social and economic integration of refugees, and implementing exchange programs (KA171) with third-world countries received support from international and local authorities. In addition to project proposal writing, she has conducted accelerated training sessions and workshops on project culture, the process of writing projects, terminology for learners, and continues to do so. She has an interest in Erasmus projects, rights-based work, leadership modeling, developing institutional internationalization strategies, with a particular focus on projects that prioritize individual mobility (KA-1 projects), and quality process management. As of April 2023, she workes as an Assistant Specialist at Ibn Haldun University's Project Support Office.
