Ibn Haldun University (IHU) aims to produce research projects with high impact value with the aim of becoming one of the few well-established research institutions with a strong and widespread impact in the future, thus contributing to the solution of today's problems and preparing society for the future. IHU aims to bring the most effective methods to our country in transforming developing digital technologies into social benefits. In this context, the Grant Programme has been implemented to present project outputs to decision-makers in cooperation with public, university, industry and civil society segments by supporting project proposals to address the social priorities specified in the call guide and to develop digital skills in society.
In May 2023, the call for the "Society 5.0: Digital Transformation and Social Sciences" support program, which was announced for the first time in 2024 with the mission of "University Specializing in Digital Social Sciences" imposed on our university by YÖK in May 2023, will be carried out in line with the guiding priorities.
Within the scope of the "Society 5.0: Digital Transformation and Social Sciences" call, applications are expected from university students and staff, public, private sector and non-governmental organization employees with innovative project ideas for research and/or implementation addressing social priority areas.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Destek programı kapsamında tüzel kişilerin başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir. Bu bağlamda projeye bireysel veya ekip olarak başvuru gerçekleştirebilirsiniz. Program kapsamında yalnızca insan kaynakları kalemi için ödemeler gider pusulası düzenlenerek ödenecektir. Proje kapsamında diğer mal/hizmetler ise proje yürütücüsü tarafından faturalandırılmak kaydıyla temin edilecektir. Program kapsamında 250.000 TL tutarı proje başına destek tutarını içermektedir. Program kapsamında desteklenecek maksimum proje sayısı söz konusu değildir. Değerlendirme süreci, desteklenecek proje sayısı açısından belirleyici olacaktır. Program kapsamında herhangi bir bütçe kalemi için bir üst limit söz konusu olmamakla birlikte bütçe dağılımının dengeli ve proje faaliyetleri ile ilintili olarak gerçekleştirilmesi beklenmektedir. Ön değerlendirme ve içerik değerlendirmesi süreçlerini takiben desteklenmeye hak kazanan projeler Proje Destek Ofisi web sitesi(https://pdo.ihu.edu.tr/tr) üzerinden ilan edilecek ve ayrıca hak sahiplerine e-posta yoluyla bilgilendirme sağlanacaktır. Talep edilen bütçenin elverişliliği içerik değerlendirmesi esnasında değerlendirme kurulu tarafından incelenecektir. Bu bağlamda proje faaliyetleri ile ilişkili olmadığı veya talep edilen tutarın piyasa fiyatlarından yüksek olduğu düşünülen kalemler üzerine başvuru sahiplerine bilgi vermek kaydıyla . bütçe azaltımına gidilecektir. Projelerden elde edilen bilimsel sonuçların telif ve fikri mülkiyet hakları ortak olarak proje yürütücüsü ve İbn Haldun Üniversitesi’ne aittir. Proje önerileri, en fazla 18 ay olacak şekilde planlanmalıdır. Desteklenmeye hak kazanan projeler kapsamında faaliyetlere en erken 1 Haziran 2024 tarihinde başlanabilecek olup proje süresi ile ilgili olarak faaliyetlerin en geç 31 Aralık 2025 tarihi itibarıyla sonlandırılması gerekmektedir. Destek programı kapsamında proje süre uzatımı yalnızca İHÜ onayı ile mümkün olacaktır. Ancak her halükârda proje faaliyetlerinin 31 Aralık 2025 tarihi itibarıyla sonlandırılması gerekmektedir. Projelerin kabul alan toplam bütçelerinde süreç içerisinde kesinlikle artış gerçekleştirilmeyecektir. Yalnızca bütçe aktarım talepleri İHÜ onayı ile mümkün olacaktır. Hibe almaya hak kazanan projelerin hibe ödemeleri %60 (projenin başlamasını takiben 20 iş günü içinde ) -%40 (ilk ara raporun onaylanmasının ardından 20 iş günü içinde) olmak üzere 2 parça halinde gerçekleştirilecektir.
